- Initial consultation to confirm the job responsibilities/profile and identify the strengths of the company to attract desired candidates.
- Interview key hiring managers to refine the job definition and the skills needs. If necessary assist in the creation of the job description.
- Recruit candidates:
- Networking the related industry for target candidates.
- Identify suitable candidates through appropriate electronic search.
- Advertise if so directed by client.
- Screen initial candidates by telephone interview.
- Select potential finalists.
- Conduct intensive interviews with potential finalists.
- Submit finalist list of candidates and assist in the internal interviewing process as required.
- Reference check finalists.
- Assist in the negotiation of the employment offer.
- Communicate with unsuccessful candidates and debrief them as to the interviewing process. Provide feedback to the client
- Follow up to insure that the new relationship is successful for both parties

Fee Structure
Engineering, Technical and Management Positions:
25% of total annual compensation
Executive Positions:
35% of total annual compensation
Invoices will be submitted upon successful completion of the search and are due on the date that the employee commences their employment.
Terms: NET 10 Days
Special fee arrangements and volume rebates are negotiable.
Guarantee
We provide a full four-month replacement guarantee, provided that the terms of payment are met.
In the event the candidate is terminated or resigns within the guarantee period, a suitable replacement or credit towards future assignments will be provided. A credit is valid for 12 months from the date of termination or resignation.
This guarantee is limited to the performance and/or suitability of the candidate and does not apply if the candidate's position becomes redundant, or the company ceases to exist or relocates.
